Pagination and limits

Pagination

List endpoints for calls, tasks and contacts are paginated with page and pageSize:

curl "https://api.voix.tech/public/v1/calls?page=2&pageSize=100" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer vx_your_api_key"

Every page carries its position in the full result:

{ "data": [], "total": 240, "page": 2, "pageSize": 100, "totalPages": 3 }

pageSize is at most 100. Keep requesting pages until page equals totalPages. Topics, lenses and checks are returned in full, as { "data": [...] }.

Rate limits

The REST API allows 120 requests per minute per API key. Every response reports where you stand with the IETF RateLimit header fields , plus the x-ratelimit-* headers:

HeaderMeaning
RateLimit-PolicyThe policy: its name, the quota q in requests and the window w in seconds.
RateLimitThe policy’s current state: requests remaining r and seconds t until the window resets.
x-ratelimit-limitRequests allowed in the window.
x-ratelimit-remainingRequests left in the current window.
x-ratelimit-resetWhen the window resets, in milliseconds since the epoch.
RateLimit-Policy: "public-api";q=120;w=60 RateLimit: "public-api";r=87;t=23 x-ratelimit-limit: 120 x-ratelimit-remaining: 87 x-ratelimit-reset: 1791040923000

Responses not counted against your quota, such as a 401 or a 403 for a missing scope, carry only RateLimit-Policy. A request with an invalid parameter still counts.

A request over the limit returns 429 with a retry-after header in seconds. Wait that long before retrying.

Dates and IDs

Timestamps are ISO 8601 in UTC, e.g. 2026-10-09T14:01:43.000Z. Date filters such as dateFrom take a calendar date, e.g. 2026-10-01. All IDs are UUIDs.
