Documentation

VOIX is business aggregation intelligence: it pulls your scattered business communications into one structured, searchable picture of what is happening across your organisation.

Today that means phone calls. You send a call in; VOIX transcribes it, separates the speakers, reads the tone of the conversation, scores how it went, pulls out follow-up tasks, and identifies the people on the line, all automatically. The same engine then rolls those signals up so you can see patterns across every conversation, not just one call at a time.

Email is coming next. The same aggregation and analysis is being extended to email, so calls and inboxes feed a single view. These docs will grow to cover it as it ships.

These docs cover two things:

Concepts

What VOIX produces from a call and what each piece means: the transcript, the analysis scores, custom checks, follow-up tasks, contacts, and tone signals. Start here if you want to understand the product.

API Reference

The reference for sending calls into VOIX. How to authenticate, the /submit contract, the call lifecycle, and error handling. Start here if you are integrating a phone or recording system.
